1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all major cities across India. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are constantly working to expand our reach, so stay tuned for updates.

- All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is processed and dispatched.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. The charges will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over ₹999 (for select locations only).
- For orders under ₹999, standard shipping charges will apply as calculated at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Delivery times may vary based on the destination and courier services.
- Metro cities: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.
- Non-metro cities: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

5. Packaging
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure that the products remain fresh and undamaged during transit. All our products are carefully sealed to maintain their quality, especially for perishable items such as sweets and curries.
- Cold Chain Packaging: For perishable products like sweets and curries, we use cold packaging (where applicable) to ensure that they arrive fresh.
- Secure Packaging: All products are securely packed in durable boxes to minimize the risk of damage.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your shipment via email or SMS. You can track your order status using the courier’s website.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or any other reason, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
