1. Non-Returnable Products
As our products are perishable and handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items once they have been delivered:
- Pickles
- Snacks
- Sweets
- Curries
- Any other food or perishable items
This policy is in place to ensure the safety and quality of the food items we offer. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase.
2. Exceptions for Defective or Incorrect Products
We understand that mistakes can happen, and we strive to ensure that our customers receive the right products in perfect condition. In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please follow the process outlined below:

Damaged Products: If any product is damaged during transit or arrives in a defective condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. You will need to provide photographs of the damaged item(s), the packaging, and the order details to initiate a return or replacement.

Incorrect Products: If you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds will be processed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, as described above. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For non-perishable products like pickles or snacks, refunds or replacements will be considered in the case of damage, defect, or incorrect items.
- For perishable products like sweets or curries, we will either offer a replacement or a store credit, as applicable.
4. Shipping and Return Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect product), Supriya Telangana Foods will bear the return shipping costs.
- For other cases, customers may be required to cover the shipping costs for returning the product.
5. Order Cancellation
